Tuck Board Fellows

LIAH D’SA

Liah is an MD-MBA candidate at Dartmouth's Geisel School of Medicine and Tuck School of Business (Class of 2027), originally from Gilbert, Arizona. A Santa Clara University graduate in psychology and political science, Liah is pursuing a career in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a particular interest in the specialty's pediatric-to-adult lifespan scope. Before medical school, she spent roughly a decade in nonprofit and service work across education, food insecurity, homelessness, and domestic violence, including work in Los Angeles's Skid Row and an Albert Schweitzer Fellowship at the Upper Valley Haven. Outside of academics, she plays piano and joins in on jam sessions, paints in watercolor and acrylic, and is rarely without a fantasy novel in progress.

Liah is excited to contribute to Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity as part of her Nonprofit Board Fellow placement. Housing security has been a cause close to her heart since her time working in Skid Row, where she saw firsthand how the lack of stable housing touches nearly every other part of a person's life and health. For her, this fellowship is a chance to bring that long-standing commitment, along with the perspective she's gained in medicine, to Habitat's work of giving families a stable foundation to build from.

Aleksandar Nikolic

Aleksandar Nikolic is an MBA candidate at Tuck School of Business (Class of 2027), originally from Nis, Serbia. A graduate of La Salle University, with a degree in Finance and Accounting, Aleksandar will pursue management consulting after graduation. Outside of academics, he is a former professional swimmer and an outdoors enthusiast, drawn to many activities exploring Upper Valley.

Aleksandar is excited to contribute to Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity as part of his commitment to service and community leadership. He was drawn to Habitat because of its mission to address housing as a fundamental determinant of health, stability, and opportunity. For him, volunteering is a way to translate the discipline and problem-solving he's built in finance and consulting into direct community impact
